Hydroheel's Sensitive Therapy was created for the most allergy prone and sensitive of skin. Stripped down to our base formula of 100% pure, soft and liquid paraffin, it's non-irritable, non-scented, and completely hypoallergenic. This tested, tried and true ratio is formulated to seal dry skin and protect it, while transforming it from the inside-out. Use on lips, hands, face, feet, and any external area of the body. For a deep treatment, massage ointment into skin and cover with plastic wrap, gloves, or socks. After 30 minutes, wipe skin dry with a towel. Use 1-2 times daily until you receive desired results, then maintain 3 times per week. External use only.

I use this on my children's eczema. I appreciate there are no essential oils or no other added ingredients. The more on the ingredient list the more chance of irritation for my eczema kids. Using this at the first sign of a flareup helps prevent us from using the steroid and other prescription ointments that thin the skin.
