For almost two decades we have worked hard to always put our customers first   As the creator of Hydroheel I thank you for your business and support which allows us to continue handcrafting our specialty products locally with quality, precision and care. As of October 10th 2025 we no longer offer local pickup. Unfortunately it proved to be more of a hassle than a benefit for both our customers and our company. Though local customers avoided the shipping fee, our company incurred additional costs from our fulfillment center in order to prepare these orders for local pickup. It was costing us much higher fees for local pickup than it was for orders shipped. In addition to the extra costs, we began to accrue orders that were never picked up by customers. It was realized that orders shipped out to customers were often received much faster than orders waiting to be picked-up locally. Some local customers who couldn't find the time to pick up their orders would later request to have their orders shipped instead, which required additional costs and manpower on our part. Shipping orders has proven to be the better option as it guarantees instant auto tracking on customer orders, faster processing time, and removes the extra step of customers having to drive to the facility. As we continue to remain committed to providing excellent products and service by remaining solely an e-commerce store, we hope you'll take advantage of our FREE Loyalty Program which rewards you with an abundance of points on every purchase you make (in our online store) that can be redeemed for coupons, savings, and rewards (such as FREE shipping) at checkout!
